You can easily book through our website, WhatsApp, or email. Most families contact us via WhatsApp for a fast and personalized response. We confirm availability within a maximum of 24 hours and guide you step by step with no hassle.
We currently serve all of Tenerife, with a strong presence in the south: from Los Gigantes to Los Cristianos, including Costa Adeje, Las Américas, and nearby hotel areas.
We also provide care in private villas, holiday rentals and local homes.
Kidssmile is expanding to Madrid, Andalucía, the Balearic Islands and Ireland — so if you’re in a different location, just ask! We’d love to help. Ask us about availability in your area!
Our rates depend on the service and your child’s age. The minimum booking is 3 hours. Check our care packages or contact us — we’ll help you find the ideal plan.
Yes. We offer emergency and nighttime babysitting (subject to availability). Just message us directly on WhatsApp and we’ll respond right away.
Absolutely! We work with many hotels and family accommodations in Tenerife — many of them featured on our website. We also care for children in private villas, holiday homes and for local residents. If you have questions, get in touch — we adapt to you!
We care for children from newborns to 14 years old. Each service is tailored to their age, needs and interests. Our team is made up of qualified educators specialised in positive and conscious education.
Yes! If you need flexibility, our full-time plans are perfect for combining both day and night hours. You can also mix hourly bookings freely — just remember each service requires a minimum of 3 hours.

Absolutely. Our team is made up of certified educators trained in various fields such as early childhood education, primary teaching, and psychopedagogy. We have experience with babies from 0 months and with children who have additional needs. All our nannies are also first-aid certified and trained in emotional care. Safety, warmth, and professionalism are our core values.
