People say “where it hurts, it inspires,” and that every challenge is also a chance to grow. I went through a tough time — I experienced workplace bullying — but I chose not to let it dim my calling. Because when you truly believe that education can change the world, no obstacle can stop you.
That was one of the reasons that led me to create Kidssmile. A space where education is lived with freedom, where sharing nurtures us, and where every person —child or educator— is a key piece of the same puzzle.

Andrea
When Education comes from within
At Kidssmile Tenerife, her calm and caring presence instantly creates trust. One of her most defining traits is that she is always smiling, bringing endless warmth and joy to the children and the entire team alike.
She is highly active, dynamic, and always open to new proposals and ideas, driven by a continuous desire to grow and further enhance her pedagogical knowledge. Andrea brings unique value to our center thanks to her extensive experience working in crèches in Ireland, which gives her an exceptional, international perspective on early childhood education.
She offers conscious and heart-led childcare, listens deeply, communicates with clarity, and guides every little one with empathy. With Andrea, learning feels joyful, respectful, and truly meaningful.

Marta is, in the truest sense of the word, an absolute lover of childhood. With over 10 years of specialized experience in every aspect of early education, she knows with absolute certainty that this is her true path. Teaching is in her blood; her extensive career has allowed her to embrace this profession not just as a job, but as an essential part of who she is.
To describe Marta is to speak of love, peace, and a profound serenity, but also of endless creativity. She has a unique inner light that the little ones sense the moment they meet her, along with the amazing ability to transform any corner of Kidssmile Tenerife into a truly magical environment.
Through her boundless imagination, Marta designs exploration-filled “mini-worlds” that spark curiosity and wonder. Thanks to this vision, she ensures that learning through play happens completely naturally.
